The road to achieving Sustainable Buildings, whether they be energy efficient, carbon neutral or zero carbon commences at project inception. The ability to achieve either is a Team effort and not down to any individual discipline. The sighting of a building, it's orientation, it's frame and the performance of the envelope are equally as important as the Engineering Services installations within it. We always recommend that the Team commences with a feasibility study which addresses all aspects of the design.
